I have read through the TOS and can find nothing that would have broken these on my site, they have also locked my account for suspected abuse and as yet i haven't had any reply to my email sent to abuse@lycos.com or to the question i have posted on thier help desk. I work in the IT support industry and if i was to speak to a custome the way the lycos rep had i would be fired on the spot and maybe even beaten with a big stick. This practice of billing will require me to call my credit card company every time they bill me, which they can legally do, and tell them to block the payment. This can continue indefinitely until Mailcity tires of paying the dispute fees. Itâ??s not that much money, this is a question of principle! Down with Mailcity!!!
