What a suprise! Canyon County legislators are STILL against emission inspections! From the Statesman: “On one side of the divide lie Ada residents, whose cars have had to meet emission standards with annual testing since 1984. Many resent the Canyon County cars that drive into Ada County each day, untested.” “”It’s just another form of a tax,” said Rep. Steve Kren, R-Nampa.” Uh, yeah. And that crap coming out of your SUV, polluting my air as you drive in from your quarter-acre lot three-car-garage McMansion? It’s just another form of a pollution.
The stupid. It burns.
I wish we could put a barrier up at the County line. We wouldn’t have people back to our homes that were so ill mannered. Why do we allow people from out of town trash our County?
